Whether moving a recently purchased yacht, or would just like your yacht in the right place ready for a change in cruising location, we can help. Or, if you ran out of time or into some bad weather, why not let us return your boat to its home berth?
Give us a call. A detailed chat will ensure that we understand your needs. We will then devise a full itemised costing and provide a delivery plan in writing.
Be assured that deliveries are managed in a professional and careful way by highly experienced and qualified skippers. To compliment the skipper, we use regular and experienced crew members and all vessels will have a Yachtmaster qualified First Mate. In general, most delivery trips have a minimum team of three aboard.
We conduct a full check and preparation of the vessel prior to the proposed delivery. Minimum safety requirements are outlined in the RYA C8 Boat Safety handbook.
During a delivery, we would seek to keep you informed of progress. Owners are welcome to join all delivery trips at any stage of a journey.
On completion of the delivery, we complete a log and detailed assessment of the vessel and systems so that owners have a complete and thorough picture of the boat’s condition. This enables you to affect any repairs/modifications as necessary.
Our pricing is transparent and as inclusive as possible.
For an owner who would like to skipper a passage themselves, we can assist by providing appropriately qualified crew, able to assist you or your skipper. This is beneficial for example if you require someone reliable and experienced on board for a particular trip, for maintenance, or for general crew duties.
