The Corporate Sailing market covers a broad range of events over a wide continuum from a relaxed day on the water, through to an integral part of a senior management development programme. There are many and varied reasons for using the yachting environment which fall under the corporate banner.

Whether your event is for 5 or 55+ guests, our approach is to be versatile and think laterally about the use of the sailing environment and the adjacent resources enabling a range of facilities to be utilised when putting together a proposal for your consideration.
With costs ranging from around £100 per person per day, there is a broad range of options to choose from.

Client Entertainment
Entertain your clients with a luxury day (or more) aboard. Guests can participate as much or as little as they wish, sitting back to watch the world go by, or participating fully in the operation of the yacht. The choice is yours. As with all our events, they are tailored to suit your requirements.
As a 'captive audience' on the yacht, it is a great opportunity to chat with a number of clients in a relaxed and informal setting not possible on the golf course or at a rugby match!
Add quality food and drink to an exciting sail, and you will provide a memorable day for your clients which will be commented on favourably for months, back in their workplace and in subsequent business dealings.
Employee Motivation and Reward
The sailing environment provides an exciting reward for high performing teams or individuals. There can also be real company benefits derived from such an event. Team Development

Whatever your reasons for considering the use of the yachting environment, there are many ways to structure the event to achieve your desired outcome.
The options are (almost) endless but can include:
- Cruising with informal learning
- Informal racing between your crews
- Racing in local (or not so local) regatta
- The infamous treasure hunt
- Overnight away utilising some ashore accommodation
- Anchoring in nature reserve for picnics and a swim or dining ashore
- Use powerboats and fast RIBS for an added dimension
Venues
There are a wide variety of locations suitable for most corporate events. The most popular within the UK is the Solent, giving easy access to a range of destinations with an easy day sail. East coast rivers, along with some Irish, Scottish and many Mediterranean/Aegean ports offer some fantastic alternative venues to consider.
Clearly the additional travelling time and costs associated with destinations farther afield will be factors influencing your final choice of venue.
The relatively cheap flights available now have made the distant venues more affordable in recent years.
